Harvest Point, an existing tenant, sought to enhance their office space with thoughtful upgrades. Their goal was to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients would feel at home while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Collaborating closely with their team, SPARK curated rich finishes that balanced a corporate aesthetic with a homey touch. The transformation featured custom-built millwork framing a new electric fireplace, elegantly painted wood paneling details, fresh carpeting, an upgraded coffee bar, and a refreshed reception desk, creating a polished yet inviting ambiance.
